Service History:
The only Frederick George found on the CWGC & Ancestry.co.uk websites who served with the Northumberland Fusiliers was a man whose family roots were firmly based in Oxfordshire. This man, who served with the 13th (Service) Battalion (Regimental service #20310), died on 4 July 1916. Trying to establish a link with the wider Chevington area has been unsuccessful.
