Bailiffgate Museum is an organisation run for the good of the community, mainly by volunteers. We will always do our best to answer any questions you may have and to ensure that anything you purchase from this website is of merchantable quality.

Some of our items are provided and despatched by pre-selected third parties so an answer may not immediately be available to your question. We will endeavour to give you a reply as soon as possible, however-normally within 3 working days.
