In 1911 Gray was at Ecclesall, West Yorkshire with his Battalion.
Died at No. 5 Casualty Clearing Station, Hazebrouck (of wounds received).
Background:
Born Rennington, Northumberland about 1890, the son of John & Mary Gray. (N.B. 'Soldiers Died...' has it Rennington, Lancashire, which is clearly wrong.)
