This glass bottle was found in the loft in my house in Amble, that used to be a ‘Pop’ factory. The house dates from 1880 and the factory from 1895. Hiram Codd invented this type of bottle, with a rubber ring (now perished), and a marble to seal in the fizz (carbonation)
