Background:
Born at Acklington, Northumberland, the son of Sarah Watson (formerly Waller), of 22, Ridley Street, Cramlington & the late George Waller.
Waller's mother was his sole legatee. She received a War Gratuity £5-0s-0d, paid on 23 December 1919 & other earlier payments for 'Effects' amounting to £5-4s-7d.
